Pre-requisite requirements
- Matric/Equivalent qualification, English literacy
- Personal profiling
- Introduction to emotional intelligence – Level 1
- Introduction to emotional intelligence – Level 2
Course Content
- Demonstrate knowledge and insight into the role of emotion in behaviour.
- Apply the knowledge of the central nervous system to explain responses to emotions.
- Demonstrate skills and techniques for responding to situations in an emotionally and/or spiritually intelligent manner.
- Apply knowledge of Emotional and Spiritual Intelligence to own life situations.
